I am a scholar, artist, playwright, theatre producer, performer and educator. I have performed all over the United States in venues such as the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts and Highways Performance Space. I studied theatre and film at Yale University and also attended the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. I am a second-year doctoral student at Regent University. My first published scholarly article “COVID-19 crisis memes, rhetorical arena theory and multimodality” is available now at https://doi.org/10.22323/2.19070201 from the Journal of Science Communication (JCOM). I am a native Californian transplanted to New York City. My trusty companions are a miniature schnauzer named Scout and an indoor cat named Jack.
This is an actual image of me tryin to keep up with course readings. :-) Notice my dog looking for attention! "Not now Scout! Daddy's reading another book!"
Although I think the cat is trying to secretly kill the dog, we mostly all get along.
